Your Responsibilities:

• Independent creation of development plans
• Accompanying municipalities in procedures for the creation of development plans
• Expert support and advice for cities, municipalities, and other planning authorities throughout the entire planning process
• Representing the company to authorities and the public
• Planning, creation, and quality assurance of necessary expert reports in interdisciplinary project teams
• Preparation of individual project proposals, including fee calculation
• Independent creation of urban development concepts

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies (Diplom or Master's degree) in urban and regional planning, spatial planning, geography, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of practical planning experience
• Sound knowledge of development planning law (especially BauGB, BauNVO) and a good understanding of related legal areas such as environmental or nature conservation law
• Initiative, reliability, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability
• Negotiable German language skills (at least C1 level)
