Your Responsibilities

• Administration and support of the existing IT and telecommunications infrastructure
• Development of ideas and concepts for continuous improvement
• Support for the departments at the location
• Collaboration and exchange with the IT teams of other locations and external service providers
• Documentation of the technologies and solutions used
• User support
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of IT projects

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT / Informatics with professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Windows Server and client networks, including virtualization technologies (VMware)
• Knowledge in the areas of Exchange, SQL Server, Citrix (XenDesktop), and firewalls is desirable
• Independent and flexible way of working
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Customer and service orientation
• Good German language skills
