  • Hands-on skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
  • Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D), including prototyping, testing, and iterative improvement of mechanical concepts.
  • Basic Project Management abilities, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to gender equality, inclusive education, and youth empowerment, with sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a volunteer-driven, mission-oriented environment and adapt to a hybrid work setup in Berlin.
