Current Challenges and Future Goals:

At Glow25, we're looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer to join our central Data team. You'll help us build reliable and scalable data models and enable self-serve analytics across the company. This role is a great fit if you already have solid SQL skills and are excited to grow your knowledge of modern data tech like dbt, GCP, Lightdash, etc. You'll work closely with business teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for day-to-day decision-making.

Your Support Needed:

• Data Modeling: Support the development and maintenance of modular, well-documented data models using SQL.
• Data Preparation: Create curated tables to power dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement basic tests and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain clear documentation of data models, transformations, and metrics to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Your Experience:

• Working knowledge of SQL and confidence in writing and understanding queries.
• Understanding of the basics of data modeling and how data structures work.
• Curiosity about analytics engineering tools and modern data workflows.
• Interest in data visualization and a sense for business context.
• Clear communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
