Challenges and Future Goals
As Senior Acquisition Creative Strategist (all genders) at Glow25, you are the creative disruptor and strategic brain behind our acquisition funnels. You report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and work as a senior sparring partner across markets, channels, and teams.
Your mission is to push boundaries: rethink acquisition storytelling, challenge existing approaches, and continuously develop bold, high-impact direct response concepts that drive new customer growth, especially for new markets and scaling phases.
This role is not about managing production, it's about owning the thinking!
Acquisition Funnel Strategy
- You own the creative strategy for acquisition funnels across all paid channels.
- You design end-to-end customer journeys from first hook to conversion.
- You define storytelling frameworks, value propositions, and persuasion mechanics.
Direct Response & Copy Leadership
- You lead and challenge the copy direction across all acquisition campaigns.
- You act as the senior sparring partner to the Team Lead Copywriting (Brand), aligning brand storytelling with bold, performance-driven acquisition copy.
- You develop and refine high-converting headlines, hooks, claims, and narratives.
- You act as the final creative sparring partner for all major campaigns and launches.
Creative Disruption & Innovation
- You constantly challenge the status quo and push teams toward bolder, sharper ideas.
- You identify new formats, angles, and market trends before they become mainstream.
- You bring best practices and inspiration from D2C, media buying, and global markets.
Strategic Oversight & Guidance
- You guide the Team Lead Creative Strategist and Ad Creation team with strategic input.
- You align creative direction across Paid Social, Partner Pages, Native, and new markets.
- You ensure acquisition messaging remains sharp, differentiated, and scalable internationally.
Market & Expansion Focus
- You adapt acquisition storytelling for new countries and cultural contexts.
- You help define go-to-market creative strategies for launches and scale-ups.
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, direct response advertising, or performance marketing
- Deep expertise in acquisition funnels, persuasion, and conversion psychology
- Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills for paid media and funnels
- Strong understanding of Paid Social, Native, and performance-driven content formats
- Proven ability to think conceptually and strategically beyond single assets
- Highly curious, bold, and always up to date with market trends and innovations
- Comfortable challenging teams, decisions, and conventions
- Experience working across multiple markets is a strong plus
