Our production and distribution center WIKO Klebetechnik Sp. z o.o. in Częstochowa (PL) specializes in manufacturing, filling, and distribution. Our solutions are used under the brands WIKO®, WELDYX®, and BLOCK BOND®, as well as individual Private Label solutions in industry and trade – from production through maintenance to repair.

Your Mission

You will design high-quality, brand-consistent labels and product visualizations for our international portfolio – aesthetically, legally compliant, and print-technically precise. You will also advise our Private Label customers on the implementation of individual packaging and label solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and adaptation of label designs according to Corporate Identity (multilingual, sort-specific, scalable).
• Consultation in the area of Private Label: close coordination with B2B customers on design, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Prepress: Creation of print-ready data (cut/die-lines, trapping, color profiles, PDF/X, proof).
• Regulatory Integration: CLP/GHS, hazard pictograms, legal texts, batch/LOT, EAN/GS1 barcodes/QR.
• Product Visualization (renderings/mockups) for packaging, sales documents, and website.
• Development and maintenance of template & component libraries (CI manuals, icon sets, color and typo systems).
• Close collaboration with product management, marketing, quality assurance, and external printing companies (press checks, approvals).
• Support with marketing graphics: flyers, catalogs, promotional materials, presentations, etc.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Media Designer for Digital and Print (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (including color spaces, color management, typography).
• Demonstrable experience in print data preparation and knowledge of common printing processes (digital/offset/flexo).
• German and English spoken and written; Polish is an advantage (for collaboration with Częstochowa).
• Service-oriented, communicative personality with an understanding of customer needs and solution-oriented consulting.
• Strong eye for composition, typography, color & material, as well as a structured, independent way of working.
