Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sustainable material supply and a seamless supply chain while adhering to stock level targets for series materials.
  • Independently manage demand and capacity planning, including demand-driven disposition.
  • Maintain close supplier management for a consistently transparent material overview.
  • Communicate with external (national/international) suppliers to secure material requirements.
  • Participate in meetings to identify critical processes or improvements, especially concerning complaints.
  • Identify potential supply bottlenecks and initiate first-level bottleneck coordination.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
  • Contribute to logistics-related projects.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education / Studies:
    • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in logistics or a comparable field.
    • Alternatively, recent graduates with a degree in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Experience:
    • Several years of professional experience in material control/disposition are advantageous, preferably in the automotive sector, specifically in production control.
  • Personality and Work Style:
    • Independent, structured, and disciplined work approach.
    • High process orientation.
    • Strong communication and team skills.
    • Quick comprehension.
  • IT Skills:
    • Proficient in common MS Office applications.
    • Knowledge of SAP R/3, particularly in WM, MM, and SD modules.
  • Language Skills:
    • German and English, both written and spoken.
