Role Description

The Business Development Associate is a full-time/Part-time (Intern, Mini-jobbers are also welcome), hybrid role based in Frankfurt am Main, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new leads, build and maintain a business pipeline, and support outreach to individuals, educational, financial institutions, and business partners.

The position involves conducting and building strategic business relationship with various institutions. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations, support client meetings, and assist in developing proposals and partnership materials. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve offerings, and contributing to the continuous refinement of GOTISA's go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills and creating compelling presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience with lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential clients or partners.
  • Ability to conduct structured market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Relevant experience or strong interest in financial services, education consulting, or international mobility is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
