Then the role of (Senior) M&A Consultant (m/f/d) with us could be just the thing for you. We ensure that renewable energy generation facilities change hands and can thus be used with maximum efficiency. We also advise companies on strategic issues related to economic efficiency. We are a founding team that combines many years of experience in consulting with high expertise in the energy market – because only then can we provide the best possible advice to our clients.

With us, you will be involved in exciting consulting projects right from the start and will interact with the founding team on an equal footing. This means you don't have to hide behind "PowerPoint," but will appear in front of clients with us and thus take responsibility for the overall success of our company!

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting company and project analyses (Commercial, Financial, Market)
• Creating financial models, business cases, and profitability calculations
• Participating in company valuations (including DCF, multipliers, scenario analyses)
• Preparing pitch decks, information memorandums, and sales documents
• Supporting buy-side and sell-side processes, including structuring, process management, and communication
• Preparing, coordinating, and evaluating due diligence processes (Financial, Tax, Commercial, Technical)
• Analyzing the attractiveness of projects, assets, and portfolios
• Continuously developing our tools, methods, and internal standards

What You Bring

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics with (very) good academic performance
• Initial experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or Auditing
• Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in renewable energies, infrastructure, and sustainable business models
• Advantages: Experience in the energy or agricultural sector, in the SME segment, or in transaction environments
• Analytical and structured thinking, independent working style, and high quality standards
• For Senior Consultant: at least 2 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or Consulting
• Team-oriented personality, strong communication skills, and a sense of humor
