Who we are looking for?

Dynamic digital designers to support us as Process and Transformation Managers (m/f/d).

What are your responsibilities?

• Analysis, design, and implementation of Lean-based process optimizations along the entire value chain
• Optimization of corporate, service, and customer processes with a clear focus on implementability
• Transfer of processes into structured digital workflows
• Moderation of cross-departmental workshops
• Collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and management
• Support for strategic transformation and efficiency projects

What you should bring:

• Many years of experience in Lean or Process Management
• Methodological knowledge in process improvement and project management
• Experience in IT-related or service-oriented organizations
• Understanding of ERP and CRM-supported processes
• Experience in structuring and digitizing business processes
• Analytical and structured way of working
