Your Tasks

• 🤝 User Experience: You will independently track the user experience of our products and systematically evaluate it.
• 🏆 Happiness Manager: You will create and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys, derive recommendations for action for our existing customer strategy, and present them to project management.
• 📊 Visualization Expert: In direct exchange with our customers, you will visualize their energy infrastructure and lay the foundation for optimal customer understanding.
• 💻 Presentation Talent: You will participate in customer discussions and inspire our customers with convincing presentations.
• ✍ Your Own Project: You will be given your own project in Customer Success Management, which you will present to the team and CEO at the end of your internship.

Your Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student, at least in your third semester, studying energy management, business, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in project management, including conducting analyses and evaluations, but this is not a requirement.
• Knowledge of software applications such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
• In addition to analytical thinking, you are characterized by a systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
• You are a organizational talent with a great deal of initiative and strong communication skills.
• You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
