Responsibilities

• Design of manufacturing equipment, such as welding, robotic, assembly, milling, and drilling fixtures
• Calculation of manufacturing equipment that falls under the Machinery Directive, especially load-bearing equipment
• Creation of individual and assembly drawings
• Creation of operating instructions and risk assessments
• Initial sampling and final acceptance of manufacturing equipment

Qualifications

• Technical training with further education as a technician or a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in production, especially manufacturing and assembly
• Good 3D CAD skills, ideally with Siemens NX/Teamcenter
• Knowledge of tool or fixture construction is advantageous
• Independent, meticulous, and structured way of working
