Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of the global dealer and sales network, including location analyses, market potential assessments, and definition of an ideal network
• Further development of global dealer standards
• Expansion of methods for sales management and creation of regular reports and analyses
• Development of sales strategies and tracking of measures to achieve growth targets
• Optimization of the conditions system in cooperation with the sales companies

Qualifications

• Studies in business administration, agricultural sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in sales, ideally with practical experience in agriculture
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• High communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English skills and willingness to travel worldwide up to 25%
