Details:
- Workload: Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
- Location: Remote (Germany)
- Start Date: Immediately or by arrangement
- Languages: German & English
Responsibilities
You enjoy juggling numbers, invoices, data, and processes, bringing order and clarity? Then take on a central role at the interface between Finance, Customer Service, our Retailer partners, and product quality.
Invoice and Payment Management (Finance)
- Processing incoming invoices and payment information
- Checking, booking, and maintaining invoices and payments in the relevant systems
- Reconciling incoming payments, maintaining payment statuses, and clarifying discrepancies
- Sending reminders and payment notices
- Escalating outstanding receivables, including collection and payment service providers
- Assisting with travel expense management
- Contributing to regular settlements (e.g., quarterly settlements)
- Maintaining and systematically filing financially relevant data and documents
B2B & Retailer Services
- Creating and maintaining orders in the B2B environment
- Sending invoices and operational support for our retailers
- Processing inquiries regarding order and invoice status, cancellations, and corrections
- Supporting product-specific inquiries
- Contact person for existing and new retailers
- Creating and onboarding new B2B partners
- Managing and developing the B2B shop
- Maintaining and updating product catalogs
- Creating and sending newsletters
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing, and product quality
- Confident use of digital tools (ideally DATEV, Billbee, Shopify)
- Structured, careful, and independent way of working
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach combined with pragmatism and the ability to implement.
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal teams and external partners
- High sense of responsibility and process understanding
- Enjoyment of shaping and optimizing topics long-term
