Your Responsibilities

• Actively support new developments from idea to granted protective right
• Prepare and file patent applications in German and English for domestic and foreign clients
• Conduct patent granting proceedings before the German and European Patent Office
• Support in opposition, nullity and patent infringement proceedings in cooperation with our lawyers

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in one of the above-mentioned fields
• Interest in patent law issues
• Quick grasp of complex technical issues
• Excellent ability to abstract
• Independent work style with a high sense of responsibility
• High linguistic understanding and very good linguistic expression in German and English, both spoken and written
