For our team at the Munich location, we are seeking a
Patent Attorney Assistant (m/f/d)
Full-time or Part-time
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with patent applications
- Correspondence in German and English
- Independent file management and processing (digital files)
- Monitoring deadlines, appointments, and reminders
- Creating formal documents
- Handling all other secretarial tasks
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed training as a Patent Attorney Assistant
- Client-oriented, precise, reliable, and responsible work ethic
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organizational talent and interest in independent work
- Team player with resilience, even under stress
