Your Responsibilities:

Briefing. Controlling. Feeling. As the interface between creation and customers, communication and organization are your strengths. You are passionate about your colleagues' creative ideas, know how to convey and defend them. With analytical and strategic thinking, you filter customer feedback and transform it into precise briefings. This way, everyone knows what to do and what to expect.

• Customer support and all processes - from the initial cost estimate and conception phase to final implementation with a main focus on social media/always-on communication
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, management of service providers
• Project evaluation and optimization
• Creation of timings and internal resource planning
• Creation of cost calculations as well as budget controlling and reporting of various projects
• Strategic customer development
• Moderation and presentation of customer appointments

What you bring:

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (management and support of customer projects, strategic customer development, etc.)
• In-depth experience in the planning and implementation of classic marketing campaigns as well as in social media communication
• Experience in the coordination, organization, and support of productions
• Strong communication skills and passion for project implementation
• Creation of reliable cost calculations
• Very good project management skills and confident customer management
• A feel for current trends and innovations
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
