About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a leading insurance company in Northern Germany. This is a project-based fixed-term position (ANÜ) with the possibility of remote work.

Project Details

• Start Date: March 1, 2026 (no later than March 16, 2026)
• Duration: Until June 30, 2027
• Location: 100% Remote possible
• Workload: Approx. 60% (Part-time)

Project Description

Our client is undertaking a major modernization project focused on connecting sales regions. You will act as the interface between IT and the business departments, with a focus on technical implementation and integration.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer
• Knowledge of Java software development and testing
• Experience in the insurance sector, ideally with insurance contracts
• Proficiency in SQL and DB2 databases
• Experience with tools such as Confluence / Jira
• Teamwork, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
