Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Invoice verification, booking, and issuance
• Monitoring of income and expense development as well as payment transactions (domestic and international)
• Financial planning, budgeting, and account reconciliation
• Communication with tax advisors, auditors, and authorities
• Processing of dunning and debt collection procedures
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and decision proposals for management

Your Profile

You are a good fit for us if you have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial accounting, enjoy working in a structured manner, and are eager to take on responsibility. Our environment is dynamic - therefore, you should enjoy working independently, setting priorities, and finding pragmatic solutions.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in finance/accounting
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Proficient in DATEV and MS Office
• Passion for bookkeeping and a strong understanding of numbers
• Structured, conscientious, and flexible mindset
• Independent work and high level of diligence
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
