As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Healthcare & Prevention, you will support our team in the implementation and support of prevention programs as well as in cooperations with health insurance companies. You will work at the interface between product, partners, and internal teams.

Your Mission

Healthcare Operations & Partner Management

• Support in the management of health insurance companies and healthcare partners
• Maintenance and coordination of partner processes (onboarding, campaigns, rollouts)
• Support in optimizing processes, e.g., through automation or tool usage

Programs, Campaigns & Systems

• Operational implementation of partner campaigns (landing pages, codes, tracking, UTM setups)
• Maintenance of checkout and integration processes for health insurance offers
• Technical troubleshooting in daily business (e.g., with partner integrations or campaign logic)

Reporting & Analysis

• Creation of evaluations on usage, activation, and performance of prevention programs
• Support in monitoring, data preparation, and presentation of insights for internal teams and health insurance companies
• Analysis of funnels and user behavior in the healthcare context

Administration & Coordination

• Maintenance of internal systems, codes, and databases
• General organizational tasks to support the team

Communication & Interface Management

• Communication with health insurance companies, partners, and internal departments
• Coordination with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations

Your Story

• Enrolled student (e.g., in Health Management, Public Health, Business Administration, Digital Health, Marketing, or similar)
• Strong interest in healthcare, prevention, health insurance companies, digital health solutions
• Structured, independent, and analytical way of working
• Confident use of Google Workspace
• Ideally, initial experience with analytics, CMS tools, or administrative processes
• Very good German and good English skills
