We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Medical Devices
Your Responsibilities:
- Independent processing of orders and inquiries from our customers (distributors and direct clients) received via email or phone
- Organization of worldwide shipping for our high-quality medical products
- Written and verbal communication with German and English-speaking customers
- Creation of all necessary documents for export within the EU and to third countries, considering applicable export and customs regulations
- Support in the continuous improvement process
- Close coordination with sales, warehouse, accounting, and quality management
Your Qualifications:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in foreign trade
- Ideally, practical experience in customer service
- Independent, meticulous, and structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills with a polite and customer-oriented manner of expression
- Good MS Office skills
