About Us

H2U-Süd was founded in July 2024 and is based in Lindau. There is a very close collaboration with the established engineering firm H2U aqua.plan.Ing GmbH (Neukirchen-Vluyn, NRW). Together, we are active in the field of water supply, planning sophisticated drinking water treatment plants using state-of-the-art technology such as ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and all other common treatment processes. We are very successful in this throughout Germany and in neighboring European countries. Our projects typically include construction, process engineering, and electrical engineering trades.

Due to the strong order situation with highly interesting, demanding projects, we want to strengthen our electrical MSR planning department in the greater Swabia, Black Forest, Lake Constance, and Allgäu regions. For this, we are looking for an electrical engineer, Master/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, state-certified electrical technician, master electrician (m/f/d), or, with relevant knowledge in construction management or supervision, an electrical tradesperson (m/f/d).

Around 65 employees work at our headquarters in Neukirchen-Vluyn. Our E-MSR department comprises 10 colleagues. For the support of our projects in Southern Germany, you will operate either from our Lindau office or from home, and you will be supported both technically and personally by colleagues in Neukirchen-Vluyn.

Your Tasks

• Site supervision of electrical engineering projects, including cost, schedule, and quality control
• Measurement and invoice verification
• Creation of project-accompanying electrical engineering plans and documents
• On-site condition surveys
• After an appropriate familiarization period: independent planning of electrical engineering projects in collaboration with the project team
• Support of the project team in the area of electrical engineering.

Your Profile

• You possess good verbal and written communication skills and strong communication abilities.
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, quick comprehension, and teamwork are part of your nature.
• You are familiar with common Office programs (Word; Excel; PowerPoint).
• Driver's license class B
• Willingness for (limited) business travel
• Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years and strong initiative.

Knowledge/experience in the following areas are desirable:

• Planning/site supervision/construction management in electrical plant engineering
• VDE standards
• Process control technology and automation
• Switchgear construction and electrical installation technology
• Handling of specifications
• VOB/B (German Construction Contract Procedures).
