Framework Conditions:

  • Location: Hannover Stöcken
  • Scope: Part-time or full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours, 1-2 days of home office per week
  • Contract: Permanent, with planning security

Your Responsibilities:

  • Account Assignment & Booking: Processing all incoming and outgoing payments (accounts receivable/accounts payable) in Domus 4000.
  • Payment Transactions: Execution and control of all payments.
  • Dunning and Claims Management: Responsibility for timely reminders.
  • Operating Cost Statements: Preparation and creation of annual operating cost statements according to the Operating Costs Ordinance, including heating cost statements.
  • Objection Handling: Processing objections to operating cost statements.
  • General Correspondence: Written communication with tenants.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship or many years of experience in accounting/real estate.
  • Experience: Commercial experience in accounting or billing in the field of real estate rental; confident use of Domus 4000.
  • Skills: Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Personality: Team spirit, independent and structured way of working.
