Bilingual Bookkeeper / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) - 100% Remote - Emsdetten or Rastede

Location: Rastede Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 40 - 40 hours per week

Your New Job?

To provide short-term support to a medium-sized company, we are looking for a technically proficient individual who will responsibly take over the upcoming annual financial statements and ensure operational security in accounting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation and execution of the annual financial statements
• Creation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Operational financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items
• Participation in tax-related issues and collaboration with tax advisors
• Ensuring smooth accounting processes during the transition
• Taking on special tasks within the scope of the closing process

Your Profile:

• Completed further training as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in annual financial statements
• Very good knowledge of financial accounting and relevant legal requirements
• Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working
• High resilience and willingness to take on responsibility at short notice
• Confident use of common ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
• Willingness to work on-site at the location for training purposes -- remote work is possible thereafter
