Your Responsibilities

  • As the global primary point of contact, you are responsible for the "IT Governance and Audit Coordination" section, lead a team of IT Compliance Specialists, and report directly to the CISO.
  • You oversee IT governance, including the further development of the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy, coordinate internal and external IT audits and due diligences, and prepare or conduct the Information Security Risk Committee.
  • In addition, you support internal control testing (Control Compliance Assessments) and ensure the maintenance of a complete and traceable evidence inventory as part of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Work Abroad: Up to 30 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland

Your Profile

  • Initial leadership experience or several years of broad specialist responsibility in the field of information security
  • Several years of relevant professional experience within a control function (Information Risk or Information Security Management) or within IT; ideally in a globally operating company or an audit/consulting firm
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL), ideally combined with regulatory requirements (VAIT/BAIT/DORA) and/or practical experience in IT security, IT operations, or software development
  • Business-fluent German and English as well as a willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, a global mindset, and enthusiasm for leading a flexible and dynamic team
