Ihre Aufgaben

  • Supporting our experienced project managers in managing results, schedules and budgets across the entire project lifecycle
  • Working with our project management teams on planning, steering and controlling costs, scope and timelines
  • Contributing to the coordination of external service providers and gaining exposure to different project formats
  • Supporting project documentation and presentations as well as status reporting
  • Getting to know our company-wide project management software, supporting exchanges with project stakeholders and developing solution scenarios together with the team when deviations occur

Ihr Profil

  • Ongoing Master's degree with a focus on business or economics - e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, International Economics or a comparable field
  • Initial experience in project management, ideally within the insurance or financial services environment
  • Very good user skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira or MS Azure DevOps is desirable
  • Proficient user skills in English and German language skills are desirable
  • You are characterised by a strong team orientation, excellent communication skills and a structured, responsible approach to your work
