Your Impact
As Manager Corporate Content & Storytelling, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and distributing compelling content to further strengthen the company's reputation. You will act as a subject matter expert for the corporate communications team (no disciplinary leadership responsibility). You will always keep the "big picture" in mind and drive internal communication processes forward.
Your Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Orchestration and management of corporate themes across various channels, as well as general topic monitoring and management.
- Storytelling and Editing: Writing texts (press releases, guest articles, newsroom articles, etc.), identifying and preparing stories for target audiences (multimedia content development).
- Channel Management: Responsibility for the corporate newsroom and its strategic development.
- Interface Management: Close collaboration with specialist departments, editorial teams, and agencies.
- Leading editorial and planning conferences.
- Measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of communication measures.
- Managing external service providers (e.g., agencies).
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Communication Studies, Journalism, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in editorial work (company, editorial office, or agency) and subject matter leadership.
- Journalistic mindset and a feel for topics and target audiences.
- Expertise in digital communication, social media, and multimedia formats (graphics, video, audio).
- Excellent writing skills, SEO knowledge, and experience with keyword tools are advantageous.
- Skill in stakeholder management, strong persuasive ability, and resilience.
- Decisiveness, consulting competence, and communication finesse.
