Our client is a modern, rapidly growing pharmaceutical company specializing in over-the-counter (OTC) medications and innovative dietary supplements. The company has received multiple awards for its brands and innovative business model, including "Growth Champion in the Pharmacy Market." Based in Berlin with approximately 50 employees, they are seeking new team members due to company expansion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation and security of the entire IT landscape (M365/Azure) and manage external service providers.
• Core Infrastructure & Cloud: Administer the complete M365/Azure environment, manage access (MFA, SSO), and endpoints (Intune/MDM).
• Endpoint & Application Management: Manage, package, and patch endpoint software; support all central business applications (ERP, E-commerce, etc.).
• Networking & Security: Operate network infrastructure (firewall, VPN); implement security controls and measures.
• Service Delivery: Ensure 2nd/3rd level support and manage the helpdesk; maintain CMDB, inventory, and central IT documentation.
• Vendors & Projects: Coordinate all external service providers/partners; lead and support IT projects (migrations, rollouts).
• Compliance & Data Protection: Ensure GDPR compliance and audit readiness; guarantee business continuity (BC/DR) through backup/restore processes.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP/E-commerce stacks and Identity & Access Governance (SSO, automation) is a plus.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system administration, ideally in SME/Scale-up environments.
• In-depth practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune/Autopilot, and Windows 10/11.
• Solid understanding of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) and security tools (EDR, MFA, Backups).
• Experience in operating and troubleshooting SaaS and on-premise integrations.
• Familiarity with data protection (GDPR) and compliance in the EU (ISO 27001 is an advantage).
• High service orientation, structured approach, and excellent documentation skills.
• Experience with virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox) is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
