On behalf of this high-growth global player, we are looking for a highly communicative personality for the position of HRBP with a focus on Talent Management (m/f/d) in Germany, within an internationally closely networked team.

In the role of Talent Manager Germany (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the expansion and further development of Talent and Performance Management in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be the first point of contact for your internal clients and will provide advisory and operational support to HR Business Partners and executives. As part of an internationally closely networked team, you will also take on cross-border projects with the goal of elevating Talent Management to a new level together within the framework of the company's growth-driven transformation process.

We are looking for a proactive personality who wants to accompany the company on its positive change process from an HR perspective and who is eager to take on projects and responsibility on their own initiative.

We are targeting both HR Business Partners (m/f/d) and candidates from the fields of Talent Management, Performance Management, or HR Development who already have experience in an international environment within a matrix organization and who are keen to actively shape the company's Talent Management.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and responsibility for the implementation of Talent and Performance Management in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Consulting and support of HR Business Partners and executives at all levels on issues related to Talent and Performance Management
  • Coordination of the implementation and follow-up of training and development measures - from talent pool programs to organizational and individual development measures
  • Expansion and development of talent pools in your region together with HR Business Partners and executives
  • Analysis of data as a basis for deriving performance and talent management measures
  • Undertaking group-wide projects for the rollout of performance and talent management initiatives and process optimizations

Profile

  • Successfully completed studies or training with a focus or further training in HR
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager (m/f/d) in an internationally oriented environment with a matrix organization
  • Knowledge in data-based performance and talent management
  • Experience in supporting change and transformation processes
  • A communicative team player and networker who can win people over at all levels
  • Residence in southern Rhineland-Palatinate or Saarland; alternatively, the willingness to relocate your place of residence
  • German negotiation level, English fluent in spoken and written
