About this job
Our client operates as an internal service provider for the new construction and renovation of construction projects in the public sector. The range of services includes commercial buildings, residential buildings, and representative construction projects with high social relevance.
As a Junior Project Controller (m/f/d), you will support the project teams in the commercial management and monitoring of construction projects. You will work closely with project management and ensure transparency in costs and risks. The role is ideal for career starters (m/f/d) who have a strong affinity for numbers and want to develop further in construction project management.

Tasks
- Support in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project budgets
- Ongoing cost control and target/actual comparisons
- Participation in forecast development and cost variance analyses
- Involvement in change order management
- Creation of regular project status reports
- Maintenance of project-related controlling tools and databases
Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Controlling) or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in the construction sector, project management, or controlling is desirable (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with controlling or ERP systems, especially SAP, is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
- Solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of process-optimizing work
