Responsibilities

  • Leadership and further development of the team.
  • Administration of existing DATEV standard solutions and EDIFACT processes.
  • Development and implementation of IT security strategies to optimize the existing infrastructure.
  • Planning and implementation of software projects, considering the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Coordination with other departments to gather requirements and develop IT solutions.
  • Evaluation and introduction of new technologies to increase competitiveness.
  • Budget responsibility and resource allocation within the development department.

Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable IT qualification.
  • Experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Knowledge of EDIFACT and common IT security standards.
  • Experience in the independent management of projects.
  • Charismatic leadership personality with experience, very good communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
  • Ability for strategic and operational thinking.
