Our client is a leading construction and project development company based in Fürstenwalde, which has been setting standards in residential construction for many years. It combines construction expertise with modern, digital processes, placing particular emphasis on quality, sustainability, and creative freedom for its employees.

On exclusive assignment, we are looking for a dedicated personality for quality assurance and quality controlling in construction. The Fürstenwalde location impresses with its good connections to Berlin and at the same time offers a quiet working environment with a high quality of life. After a structured onboarding process on-site, deployment at other locations (Rostock, Hamburg, Leipzig, Mannheim, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Ludwigsburg) is also possible in the long term.

Tasks

• Steering of construction-related quality controlling
• Coordination of internal and external experts
• Organization of site inspections and quality checks during construction progress
• Further development and standardization of processes and documentation in quality controlling, together with project teams and specialist disciplines
• Ensuring that internal standards and processes are adhered to on construction sites
• Analysis of quality-relevant data, creation of reports, and derivation of optimization potential
• Use and contribution to the further development of the digital quality assurance and defect management system (e.g., mydocmaMM)
• Creation of training materials, presentations, and process documents
• Conducting user training on digital processes and quality controlling

Profile

• Completed studies, ideally in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Sound technical expertise in construction as well as experience with construction site processes and quality management fundamentals
• Strong interest in digital processes and IT systems – you quickly learn new applications
• Confident use of standard software (e.g., MS Office); ideally initial experience in configuring tools or systems
• Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to travel within Germany (2-3 days/week)
• Driver's license class B
