Welcome to the data-driven management of our most valuable asset – our employees. Strengthen our international HR team at the corporate headquarters in Grafschaft and help shape the digitalization of our HR processes with enthusiasm and passion.
Your Role:
- Shape and drive our HR digitalization strategy, including the further development of global HR processes and systems.
- Utilize your expertise to develop data-driven HR insights and dashboards that support strategic personnel decisions.
- Prepare and manage global HR annual processes such as Salary Review, Bonus, and Personnel Planning.
- Analyze personnel, performance, and compensation data with a focus on clarity and present findings effectively.
- Collaborate with international HR teams, Finance, Controlling, and HR Business Partners, and participate in global HR projects.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in People Analytics or HR Controlling, with a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on Human Resources as your foundation.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers, data, and KPIs.
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with a confident demeanor towards management and other stakeholders.
- A strong results-orientation and hands-on mentality to actively drive change.
- Solid knowledge of international compensation structures.
