Your Responsibilities:

Welcome to the colorful SAP world of HARIBO, where the business processes surrounding our popular products are also of the highest quality. As Head of Corporate IT Enterprise Applications - Finance & Controlling, you will be part of the HARIBO IT Management Team and responsible for the global IT system landscape in the areas of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling.

• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the global IT strategy for Finance and Controlling (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Consolidation, Treasury, Planning Tools), always keeping compliance, IT security, and regulatory requirements in mind.
• With your expertise, you will ensure the stable and strategically aligned operation and further development of all ERP and finance applications.
• You will be responsible for managing and synchronizing all project activities, including budget, time, and scope management.
• You will actively shape the changes in our organization to ensure that IT solutions are used sustainably and optimal working conditions are created.
• You will specifically develop your team in the areas of Digital Finance, process analysis and automation, and compliance analytics.

Your Profile:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT enterprise applications, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling, combined with several years of management experience.
• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar qualification forms the basis of your success.
• Experience in global rollout and transformation projects, as well as confident handling in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Budgeting & Forecasting).
• Strong communication skills in German and English, along with excellent presentation skills, complete your profile.
