Your Tasks

  • In this role, you will take responsibility for the practice-oriented further development of non-legal HR specialist content and its optimal integration into our digital content and knowledge systems. You will work closely with our HR management and legal experts.
  • You will be responsible for the further development of a significant part of the non-legal specialist content for our HR target group and ensure its practice-oriented preparation.
  • You will continuously orchestrate and expand an external expert network and, together with this network, ensure the content quality, topicality, and practice-oriented preparation of the content.
  • You will conceptualize and coordinate specialist content and online seminars and independently develop digital formats such as videos and tools for HR management.
  • You know the needs of our customers and incorporate your professional assessment of current developments and new trends into our formats.
  • You will work closely with our legal experts for labor law, social security law, and payroll tax, and together with them, ensure that the different perspectives seamlessly interlock.
  • You are part of a team of 17 colleagues who will support you in your tasks. Together with two other colleagues, you will be responsible for the non-legal content of HR management and work across departments and disciplines.

Your Profile

  • You have a completed university degree in >>Human Resources and Organization<< or a comparable business administration degree with a focus on HR management.
  • You have professional experience in HR work and a diverse range of experience in areas such as recruiting, personnel or organizational development, employee retention, leadership, or change management, etc.
  • You know how to present complex content and data in an understandable and customer-friendly way.
  • You are digitally savvy, self-organized, and structured, enabling optimal integration of your specialist content into our knowledge databases and AI systems.
  • You are creative and focus on the needs of our customers.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of collaboration, and have excellent German language skills in speaking and writing (Level C2).
