Your Responsibilities:

• Legal advice in private construction law, particularly concerning construction contracts (according to BGB and VOB/B), architect and engineering contracts, and additional payment management
• Support for construction projects from planning to completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Negotiations with clients, contractors, and authorities, especially on complex large-scale projects

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed 2 state examinations
• Sound knowledge of private construction law
• Entrepreneurial thinking
