Your Responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting members on all labor and social security law matters
• Representing members in labor court proceedings and conducting out-of-court negotiations
• Designing and conducting training sessions and seminars on current labor law topics
• Assisting with the preparation, execution, and conclusion of collective bargaining negotiations (in-house)
• Providing labor law support for exciting projects and change processes

Your Qualifications:

• Completed law degree with a focus on labor or social security law
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law
• Confident demeanor in negotiations and labor court proceedings
• Strong ability to communicate complex issues clearly (e.g., in training sessions)
• High degree of independence, strong communication skills, and structured working methods
