Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of all transactions in accounts receivable accounting - from account maintenance and administration to clarification of open items.
  • Posting and booking of all bank transactions of the GmbH, including handling special cases.
  • Execution of intercompany recharges.
  • Monitoring of the internal invoice workflow, including associated approval processes, e.g., within the scope of cash pooling or offsetting transactions.
  • Close coordination with the Treasury department.
  • Execution of accounts receivable reconciliation tasks in Coupa.
  • Maintenance and updating of master data using the four-eyes principle.
  • Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support with foreign currency valuations and the reconciliation of creditor/debtor balances.

Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accounting specialist, or alternatively, a degree in business administration.
  • Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting, ideally in an international, manufacturing industrial company.
  • Routine in handling ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and very good Excel skills.
  • Proficient German and good English skills for daily communication in an international environment.

Salary Information:

  • The annual salary ranges between €55,000 and €65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
