Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for tax compliance and preparation of corporate and sales tax returns, including tax accounting & reporting (US-GAAP).
• Tax advice on business processes, transactions, and contracts in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support for tax audits, audits, and SOX compliance, as well as assistance with M&A and tax planning projects.
• Collaboration with tax authorities, internal finance/operations teams, and international stakeholders.
• Participation in process and system projects such as e-invoicing, e-reporting, and SAP implementations.

Profile:

• Completed degree in business administration or tax-related field, with initial experience in the industrial sector or auditing.
• Initial knowledge of corporate and sales tax, tax accounting, and proficient use of MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and tax technology tools.
• Strong analytical skills, independent and reliable work ethic, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent German and English language skills, with willingness for occasional business travel.
