Responsibilities

• Help consumers gain an overview of their financial situation
• Make independent decisions within the debt collection process, e.g., on payment agreements
• Work with diverse digital communication channels
• Maintain daily contact with various parties including consumers, lawyers, and debt counselors

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of processes and experience with computer-based work
• Fluent German in spoken and written word
• Completed vocational training
• Eagerness to learn and a passion for digital and consumer-oriented debt management
