Administrative Assistant | Berlin, Germany | Hybrid

We're working with Motel One on this exciting opportunity. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in administrative and accounting support within a hospitality environment. You'll be a key part of the back-office team, ensuring smooth financial operations.

The Role

  • Implement and ensure administrative and accounting processes according to head office controlling standards
  • Execute monthly and annual financial closings
  • Process digital incoming invoices, including booking and preparing payment runs
  • Maintain weekly and monthly statistics and reports
  • Manage general office organization
  • Act as a liaison between hotel management and the head office controlling department

What You'll Need

  • Commercial or hotel management qualification, or professional experience in accounting
  • Strong organizational skills and a high sense of quality and service orientation
  • Open, communicative demeanor with excellent German and English language skills
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Strong team player with a willingness to support across departments
