Backend Developer

The Role

• Develop impactful software as part of an agile full-stack team, continuously optimizing products to improve daily care.
• Ensure high code quality and software refinement with every commit.
• Specialise in areas that excite you, such as billing, workforce planning, or digital care documentation.
• Critically evaluate existing processes and make forward-thinking architectural decisions with colleagues.
• Work with modern tools and technologies including .NET 8, GraphQL, AWS, and Docker within a DDD structure.

What You'll Need

• Several years of backend development experience, ideally with C#/.NET.
• A commitment to quality, including Clean Coding, SOLID principles, TDD, and routine unit/integration testing.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework, with experience developing modern APIs (ideally GraphQL).
• A strong understanding of software architecture, with optional knowledge in DDD or iSAQB certification.
• An agile mindset, excellent communication skills for team collaboration, and a proactive approach to learning.
