The Role

• Design innovative solutions, technical concepts, and decision-making templates for projects.
• Analyze business requirements within material flow (inbound, production supply, outbound) and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Advise on digitalization projects along the material flow, assisting with analysis, evaluation, and documentation of business processes and IT requirements.
• Conceptualize, conduct, and moderate requirement and process workshops.
• Document processes, use cases, user stories, interfaces, and data models, coordinating with experts, architects, and developers.
• Act as a bridge between technical experts, developers, and management teams.

What You'll Need

• Proven professional experience in business analysis or process management in SAP MM/WM/PP/SD, with experience in interfaces to logistics service providers and SAP Add-Ons.
• A strong desire to understand complex issues and break them down into constituent parts.
• Excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension, and strong abstraction capabilities, even in complex environments.
• Methodological competence in requirements and process management (e.g., BPMN2.0, ePK) or Lean Management is a plus.
• Strong communication and moderation skills, coupled with an agile and results-oriented mindset.
