Communications Specialist

About the Role

We're working with Randstad on this exciting opportunity. They are seeking a communications expert to actively shape internal and external brands for one of the world's leading telecommunications companies, Deutsche Telekom. Responsibilities

• Develop target group-specific communication concepts for portfolio marketing (employees and leaders)
• Provide expert advice and edit content formats (intranet, interviews, podcasts)
• Plan and execute events, including managing external agencies
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external multipliers (stakeholder management)
• Lead projects, including cost planning, evaluation, and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in developing communication strategies
• In-depth knowledge of social media (especially LinkedIn) and Content Management Systems
• Strong affinity for technology, including AI tools for content creation and video production (script to editing)
• Experience in project leadership and measuring success of communication initiatives
• Passion for modern communication and a creative, digital, and structured approach
