The Role

• Act as a mentor and role model, promoting best practices and ensuring high code quality.
• Translate strategic and organizational initiatives into technical and business solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver robust software, applications, and APIs.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies within an agile, cross-functional team.
• Analyze and implement business requirements, maintaining clear documentation.
• Contribute to strengthening our engineering culture by applying industry best practices.

What You'll Need

• University degree or equivalent in IT.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with senior/lead experience.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Basic experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or C# / .NET.
• Proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience as an Agile Senior/Lead Engineer, guiding development teams.
