- IT Support Specialist
The Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to join a leading energy company focusing on grid solutions and digital infrastructure. This organization is at the forefront of managing and optimizing complex energy networks, ensuring reliable and sustainable power distribution.
- Be the first point of contact for internal users, handling disruptions and inquiries regarding energy systems.
- Document, resolve, or escalate issues to technical product teams.
- Conduct regular training on internal systems and coordinate with other teams.
- Take responsibility for resolving time-critical IT disruptions, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Participate in structured on-call duty to ensure 24/7 system operation.
- Become a specialist in Oracle database applications, specifically eCount.
What You'll Need
- Completed IT education/degree with relevant professional experience.
- Broad technical understanding, enjoyment of troubleshooting, and high level of initiative.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle database environments, including SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL tuning.
- Experience in handling 1st and 2nd level support inquiries.
- Ability to independently develop scripts for process automation (e.g., PowerAutomate).
- Strong customer and service orientation, with an autonomous and meticulous work style.
