Junior Financial Analyst

We're working with REMONDIS on this exciting opportunity. This role involves contributing to financial analysis for M&A projects and corporate valuations within a dynamic and future-focused group environment. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic financial processes and work closely with key decision-makers.

The Role

• Assist in financial analysis for M&A projects
• Identify commercially relevant information for due diligence, DCF valuations, and transaction processes
• Review and validate decision templates for internal and external growth projects
• Collaborate closely with decision-makers and project managers, especially the Group CFO
• Prepare annual financial statements and cash flow analyses
• Contribute to non-project tasks such as impairment tests, country analyses, and post-calculations

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics
• Ideally, initial practical experience in controlling or M&A through internships or student jobs
• Proficient with common MS Office programs
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality and strong numerical affinity
• Very good German language skills
