The Role
- Manage user accounts, permissions, directory services, and network components, ensuring security at all times
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions to restore system functionality swiftly
- Provide technical support to internal clients via phone and remote access
- Maintain and support IT systems and online applications as part of a collaborative team
- Clearly and comprehensively document technical errors and resolutions
What You'll Need
- Ideally, a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification; motivated career changers with strong technical understanding are also welcome
- Experience with current Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge in the setup and administration of servers and networks
- Basic understanding of SQL and Citrix
- A structured, solution-oriented approach with clear communication skills
