New Customer Acquisition | Essen, Germany | Hybrid

We're working with Ströer on this exciting opportunity. Join a leading German media company and kickstart your sales career with a comprehensive 12-week training program, focusing on out-of-home advertising and online marketing solutions.

The Role

  • Proactively identify and contact new business customers (SMEs)
  • Schedule appointments independently via phone or in-person visits
  • Conduct needs analyses to present suitable advertising and online marketing solutions
  • Present tailored solutions and close deals
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with new clients as the primary contact
  • Benefit from full support from leadership, the training team, and colleagues

What You'll Need

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar, with an interest in sales
  • Class B driving license and willingness to work in field sales
  • Empathy and strong communication skills to engage with new customers
  • Persuasiveness to excite new clients about products
  • Hands-on mentality, working independently and goal-oriented
  • Ambition and discipline, staying persistent even after a "no"
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
