Junior Sales Representative
New Customer Acquisition | Essen, Germany | Hybrid
We're working with Ströer on this exciting opportunity. Join a leading German media company and kickstart your sales career with a comprehensive 12-week training program, focusing on out-of-home advertising and online marketing solutions.
The Role
- Proactively identify and contact new business customers (SMEs)
- Schedule appointments independently via phone or in-person visits
- Conduct needs analyses to present suitable advertising and online marketing solutions
- Present tailored solutions and close deals
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with new clients as the primary contact
- Benefit from full support from leadership, the training team, and colleagues
What You'll Need
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar, with an interest in sales
- Class B driving license and willingness to work in field sales
- Empathy and strong communication skills to engage with new customers
- Persuasiveness to excite new clients about products
- Hands-on mentality, working independently and goal-oriented
- Ambition and discipline, staying persistent even after a "no"
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
