The Role

• Monitor and moderate social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Ensure all published content adheres to relevant guidelines and legal standards
• Review and approve comments, photos, and videos
• Identify and, if necessary, delete reported posts
• Engage with user cases, respond to inquiries, and greet new users
• Generate reports on social media activities

What You'll Need

• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms
• Fluent in written and spoken German
• Good command of English
• Ability to handle sensitive topics constructively
• Excellent manners and professional demeanor
